Bacardi and Ashley Roberts teach Londoners to dance

As part of its Pass the Beat campaign, Bacardi rum has partnered with former Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts to launch a series of dance lessons in London.

Bacardi’s London dance lessons are part of its Do What Moves You campaign

Bacardi unveiled its Pass the Beat campaign in June with the release of the Make it Hot track by Major Lazer and Anitta. The brand has now expanded the summer activation with a series of dance classes set to take place in the UK capital.

Launching at London’s Frame Studio in Shoreditch on 29 August, the classes will run weekly until 19 September and will teach a choreography set to Make it Hot.

Developed in collaboration with TV presenter and former Pussycat Doll Roberts, tickets for the workshops cost £15 (US$18) per person and include a complimentary Bacardi cocktail.

Roberts said: “From the moment you hear Make It Hot you want to get up and dance, so I jumped at the chance to work with Bacardi to launch a new class inspired by the track.

“Whether you’re an advanced dancer or just a beginner, this class has been created for everyone to get involved and with a free Bacardi cocktail to enjoy after the class – what’s not to love.”
