This course aims to teach self-­massage techniques on foam rollers, how to use a lacrosse ball to relieve deep muscle pain, and realign your spine and reconnect your body. No previous workout experience is needed – simply turn up wearing comfortable clothes. Mats and rolling equipment will be provided.
