The collaboration will see The Zetter Townhouse launch its first new drinks collaboration in eight years.

Whiley, founder of London bar Scout, and Woods, head of cocktail and spirit development at Duck & Waffle, will work alongside the team at Zetter Townhouse on concept creation and recipe development.

Zetter Townhouse, which operates bars in London’s Clerkenwell and Marylebone, will utilise its in-house lab as well as Whiley and Woods’ development lab in Hackney to create innovative new cocktails for its venues.

Since opening in London in 2011, The Zetter Townhouse has gained industry acclaim, including being crowned World’s Best New Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Awards in New Orleans. In 2014 the group opened its second venue in London’s Marylebone.

Woods and Whiley recently launched their Weapons and Toys creative agency, which specialises in drink design, bar development and training.

The duo have worked together on a number of consultancies, including with chef Adam Handling to develop his Iron Stag bar in London.
