Uncle Barts’ Whiskey Winter Warmer – Barts, Chelsea

Ingredients: 100ml Uncle Barts’ secret recipe mulled wine, 15ml Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 5ml creme de mure.

Jack Frost Tippling As He Goes – Cahoots, Soho

Ingredients: 25ml Gentleman Jack Bourbon Tennessee Whiskey, 25ml Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter Aperitif, 10ml Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey Whiskey Liqueur, 35ml mulled wine cordial.

Alpine Spritz – Lobby Bar at The London Edition, Soho

Ingredients: 40ml Grey Goose, 10ml green Chartreuse, 10ml Oakmoss Syrup, 25ml citric acid, soda (to top), two dash absinthe (optional).

Ingredients: 50ml Hoxton Pink Gin, 10ml lemon juice, 10ml cherry blossom homemade sugar, 10ml Cocchi Rosa, soda (to top), absinthe (optional).

Dreich Day Punch – Punch Room at The London Edition, Soho

Ingredients: 40ml Hendricks, 25ml red currant syrup, 2.5ml lemon juice, 125ml of Nepalese and chocolate tea, two dashes of absinthe (or anise), two dashes of chilli bitter.

Belle of St Clement – Mint Gun Club, Stoke Newington

Ingredients: 10ml St-Germain, 5ml mandarin acacia honey syrup, 80ml hot Silver Tip Jasmine Tea, two drops of rosemary droplets/tincture.

Bianco Natale – Quaglinos, St James

Ingredients: Cointreau, cacao white, yellow Chartreuse, lemon juice, egg white, chocolate bitters with a dark chocolate garnish.

Skylight Cobbler – Skylight, Wapping

Ingredients: Bombay Sapphire, 30et40, lemon juice, peach syrup, sugar syrup and topped with plum bitters.

Gingerbread Espresso Martini – The Ivy Chelsea Garden, Chelsea

Ingredients: Wyborowa Vodka, Bepi Tosolini Expre liqueur, espresso shot and gingerbread syrup.

Clementine and Dark Chocolate Martinez – Duck & Waffle

Ingredients: Star of Bombay Gin, Martini Robino, maraschino, distilled clementine, dark chocolate.

Tiffany & Co 23-carat gold cocktails – Searcys Champagne Bar, St Pancras

Ingredients: Cognac, mandarin liqueur, sugar and a dash of bitters, topped with Veuve Clicquot. Garnished with 23 carat gold flakes and fresh mandarin.
