Healthy Hospo to mark anniversary with wellness event

Not-for-profit social enterprise Healthy Hospo will celebrate its first anniversary with a day of wellness talks and workshops in London next month, set to be its “biggest event” to date.

Healthy Hospo’s Wellness Workshop 2 will take place at The Bike Shed in London on 21 January and will be the organisation’s biggest event of the year.

The day-long show will see industry experts host seminars and workshops in line with Healthy Hospo’s commitment to building a healthier, happier hospitality industry.

Tim Etherington-Judge, the founder of Healthy Hospo, said: “Our Wellness Workshop 2 is the biggest event we’ll host this year.

“It’s our opportunity to bring everyone together for a day of inspiring speakers, fun and interactive workshops, and show people that by paying a little more attention to health and wellness means a happier, more enjoyable life for everyone.”

Speakers on the day will include Nick Littlehales, a world-leading sports sleep coach who has worked with Manchester United and the British Olympic team, and Claire Warner & Fabiano Latham, who will bring the ‘healing power’ of nature and adventure to life.

A number of workshops will also take place throughout the day, including one from posture expert Danny Fisher and a yoga session hosted by St-Germain global ambassador Camille Ralph Vidal. More workshops and seminars are also set to be confirmed in the run up to the event.

The day will also feature a no- and low-abv, sugar and calorie bar in partnership with brands including Kamm & Sons, Martini, London Essence Co and St-Germain.

Healthy Hospo launched in 2018 to promote wellbeing in the on-trade. Earlier this year, the organisation launched a range of ethically sourced clothing to promote its mission to create a healthier and happier hospitality industry.
