Fratelli Branca to launch US import company
Fernet-Branca owner Fratelli Branca will launch an import company in the US next year, called Branca USA.
Fernet-Branca owner Fratelli Branca has ended its partnership with Infinium Spirits
Launching in early 2019, Branca USA will be based in New York City. As a result, the company will end its 15-year-long partnership with current importing and marketing partner Infinium Spirits.
Branca USA expects current distribution partnership across the US “to continue without disruption”.
Patrick Piana, CEO, Fratelli Branca, said: “Infinium Spirits has been an outstanding partner over the years. The growth of the Fratelli Branca portfolio in the United States is a credit to Infinium Spirits and their expertise in building brands.”
In addition, Fratelli Branca has signed a five-year distribution agreement with California-headquartered Young’s Market Company, covering the firm’s 10-state footprint on the West Coast.
Fratelli Branca said it will “bring innovation” to the US and drive growth of its portfolio, led by Fernet-Branca and Antica Formula.
