Cîroc unveils black raspberry-flavoured vodka

Diageo has expanded its ultra-premium Cîroc vodka line with the release of a new limited edition flavour – Cîroc Black Raspberry.

Cîroc Black Raspberry will be available in the US

Cîroc Black Raspberry is made with vodka that has been distilled five times from French grapes and a blend of black raspberries and other natural flavours.

The vodka is said to have a “citrus zest flavour” and a “smooth velvety finish”.

“Cîroc always looks to be innovative. One of the strengths of our business is introducing new flavours,” said Cîroc partner and rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

“Welcoming Black Raspberry into our portfolio made sense, as it’s one if my favourite fruits.

“Packaged in a new, limited edition, sleek design, Cîroc Black Raspberry will be a drink everyone will want to enjoy and have on display in their bar this season.

“We continue to deliver the most successful flavours and this will be no exception.”

The product is packaged in a black bottle with metallic gold lettering to honour a “winter midnight celebration”.

The expression is recommended to be enjoyed on the rocks or mixed with a variety of fresh ingredients such as lime, mint, or chamoy.

Cîroc Black Raspberry will be available in “very limited quantities” across the US this autumn.

In June this year, Diageo made its debut in the brandy category with the launch of a VS expression under its Cîroc vodka line.
