Rabbit Hole Distillery appoints bar manager

Rabbit Hole Distillery has appointed Brian Heese bar manager and mixologistAs bar manager and mixologist of OverLook, Heese will work alongside Death & Co’s Proprietors LLC to create the venue’s cocktail menu using the distillery’s portfolio of Bourbon, rye whiskey and cask-aged gin.
Heese boasts 16 years’ experience in the food and drink industry, eight of which have been focused on directly overseeing cocktail programmes.

Rabbit Hole Spirits first revealed plans to build a US$12.5 million Bourbon and rye distillery in 2015 after receiving US$650,000 in tax incentives for the project.
