IBWSS names 2019 speakers

Beverage Trade Network has revealed the line-up of speakers for its International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show (IBWSS) in London.

IBWSS announces list of speakers for 2019 event

IBWSS will be held on 11-12 March 2019 at the Royal Horticultural Halls. The event offers a “first-hand” look at how UK-based importers, distributors and retailers can get involved in the bulk wines and spirits industry.

Speakers at the event include Paul Attwood-Philippe, business development director Europe, Vinex; Rob Dixon, senior buying manager, Tesco; Richard Lloyd, general manager, Accolade Wines; Marc Meek, CEO, IWSR; Catherine Mendoza, wine broker, Ciatti Europe; and Paul Schaafsma, managing director, Benchmark Drinks, among others.

The speakers will outline the issues “impacting the future trajectory of the private label and bulk wine and spirits industry within the UK”.

“We are extremely excited to have so many high-profile and influential speakers joining us at the IBWSS London 2019 show,” said Sid Patel, founder and CEO of Beverage Trade Network.

“Their insights about the future of this fast-growing industry are extremely important and valuable.”

The London show has already sold half of its tickets following “rapid growth” and “strong word-of-mouth buzz”.

Early bird exhibitor tickets priced at £2,400 are available until the end of August. From 1 September, pricing will be £3,000.

Last month, Beverage Trade Network announced it will take IBWSS to Shanghai, China, for the first time next year.
