In the first free-to-attend seminar of this year’s event, a panel including Speed Rack cofounder Lynnette Marrero and Al Thompson, head bartender at Barmini by José Andrés, will discuss representation in the drinks industry.

This talk will investigate whether the cocktail could be an agent for social change and if mixed drinks could be used as a way to reach “hearts and minds through the stomach”.
