Tippling Club teams up with Old Young’s on new gin

Noted Singapore bar Tippling Club has launched a limited edition gin in collaboration with Australian distiller Old Young’s.

Sons of Tippling Gin is the result of a collaboration between Tipping Club and Old Young’s Distillery

Sons of Tippling Gin is the brainchild of Tippling Club head bartender Joe Schofield, Tippling club owner and chef Ryan Clift and James Young, master distiller of Perth-based Old Young’s Distillery.

The partnership saw the trio combine their “collective knowledge of food, drinks and distillation” to create a “unique concoction”.

Sons of Tippling Gin is made with botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris, liquorice, aniseed, cardamom, lemon peel, fresh orange peel and lemon myrtle.

Before it hits shelves, Tippling Club will host a public event from 4pm-9pm on 28 July with signature cocktails made with Sons of Tippling Gin.

The expression will also be available at all Spa-Esprit group restaurants.

Limited to 300 bottles, Sons of Tippling Gin will retail at AUS$90 (US$66) per bottle from Equatorial Wines and Tippling Club.

In November last year, Tippling Club launched the ‘world’s first’ edible cocktail menu, featuring 12 gummy bears themed around dreams and desires.
