Seedlip launches third non-alcoholic ‘spirit’
As the low- and no-alcohol trend gathers pace, booze-free ‘spirit’ Seedlip has launched its third product – Seedlip Grove 42.
Seedlip Grove 42 is recommended served with soda
The new expression is described as a “warm, citrus blend” and contains three varieties of Mediterranean orange, lemon peel, ginger and lemon distillates and Japanese sansho peppercorn.
Grove 42 opens up a new mixer category for Seedlip, and is recommended served with soda and an orange twist.
“Very excited to be launching Seedlip Grove 42,” said Ben Branson, founder of Seedlip.
“It marks an important focus on both the fascinating world of the citrus genus as well as soda as a signature mixer allowing Grove to truly shine in a completely sugar- and alcohol-free cocktail.”
Grove 42 joins the Seedlip portfolio, which includes the “green and floral” Garden 108 and the inaugural product Spice 94.
Seedlip Grove 42 is available to buy online from seedlipdrinks.com for an RRP of £27.99 per 700ml.
Head of new brands Claire Smith-Warner told The Spirits Business earlier this year that she is working on three new “standalone” brands for 2018.
Last month, Seedlip announced the launch of a no- and low-alcohol pop-up bar in 15 cities around the world. The pop-up will make its debut at London’s Dandelyan bar this week.
