London’s Spirit Show recruits Simone Caporale

The Spirit Show will launch a new feature at its November event – a stage curated and hosted by famed bartender Simone Caporale.

Simone Caporale will curate and host The Spirits Live Stage

Based in London, The Spirit Show will open to industry visitors from 22-23 November as the event continues to “evolve” its focus on trade buyers.

The Spirits Live Stage, located at the centre of the show, will give exhibitors the opportunity to work alongside Caporale, former bartender at Artesian and founding partner of P(Our).

Groups such as Cellar Trends and American Beverage Marketers have already confirmed their participation in the new feature.

“We’re delighted to be working with Simone,” said Geraldine Reeve, director of The Spirit Show. “It’s a testament to how far the show has come in such a short time that we’re able to attract such talent as Simone to work with us to take the show from strength to strength.”

Caporale added: “It’s great to be working with The Spirit Show team to curate The Spirits Live Stage. Despite London being the capital of cocktails and bar innovative topics, for the last few years an event entirely dedicated to the bartender hasn’t happened completely.

“With the show’s greater focus on the on-trade in 2018, I’m sure it will be the must-attend event of 2018.”

The full timetable for The Spirits Live Stage will be released later this year.

Registration for The Spirit Show, which will be held once again at the Business Design Centre, is now open at https://.spirit-2018.reg.buzz/trade.
