Diageo Reserve recruits Sotti
Jack Sotti has joined Diageo Reserve as senior brand ambassador for its World Class cocktail competition and super-premium gin Tanqueray in the UK.
Sotti will be responsible for developing Diageo Reserve’s World Class programme in the UK
Sotti has spent the last six years in Melbourne, Australia, as general manager at Eau de Vie and partner at Boilermaker. Before this, he worked in hospitality in London and Auckland.
Sotti was named Australia’s Diageo Reserve World Class Bartender of the Year in 2015 and placed third in the global final.
In his new brand ambassador position, Sotti will be responsible for managing and developing the World Class programme in the UK and raising brand awareness for Tanqueray.
“I can’t wait to lead the World Class brand ambassador team and start tapping into the amazing bartender community here in the UK. My aim is to bring the World Class competition to every bar’s doorstep through the continuous growth and popularity of World Class as a brand.
“We’ve got some really exciting activations taking place this year for Tanqueray and I’m looking forward to working with what is already an iconic brand within the Diageo Reserve portfolio.’’
