Seedlip unveils no- and low-alcohol pop-up bar
By Nicola CarruthersNon-alcoholic distilled spirit Seedlip has launched a no- and low-alcohol pop-up bar in 15 cities around the world, with an aim to “focus on flavour rather than alcohol content”.
Seedlip’s no- and low-alcohol pop-up bar is thought to be a world firstThe new bar concept, called N o l o, will place an “emphasis on a drink’s flavour and ingredients rather than the alcohol content”.
Bars including Dandelyan in London, Walker Inn in Los Angeles, Bon Voyage in San Francisco, PS40 in Sydney and Tjoget in Stockholm will serve no- and low-alcohol cocktails made using Seedlip on the evenings of 24-25 July.
Ben Branson, founder of Seedlip, said: “We are incredibly proud be working with some of the world’s best bartenders to launch N o l o. Socialising should be about inclusivity not segregation and a focus on flavour and produce rather than alcohol content.”
Head of new brands Claire Smith-Warner told The Spirits Business earlier this year that she is working on three new “standalone” brands for 2018.
There are also plans for a new Seedlip, which will sit alongside the existing portfolio – Seedlip Spice 94 and Seedlip Garden 108 – and is expected to launch this year.
