Maldives welcomes first dedicated gin bar
Luxury resort Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts has opened the first gin bar in the Maldives, called Gin is In.
Gin is In is the first gin bar in the Maldives
The bar will be located at Ozen by Atmosphere on Maadhoo Island and will feature more than 25 gin brands, including Tanqueray, Hendrick’s and Monkey 47.
All drinks will be included in the resort’s Atmosphere Indulgence Plan. The bar will be open from 5pm-11pm every day except Fridays, and is located above the resort’s poolside bar, Joie de Vivre.
Venkata Girl, group director of operations at Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts, said: “The Atmosphere brand philosophy is driven on a consistently evolving ‘guest-centric’ approach.
“The gin culture is currently trending as one of the most popular bar experiences worldwide and hence, it is only natural that we incorporate this new trend into the overall Ozen guest experience.”
