The Indian fine-dining restaurant, located on Albemarle Street, has unveiled the list with two new cocktail sections: Gulabi Rani Collection and Punch & Club Classics.

The Gulabi Rani Collection features cocktails made with “reinvented” traditional Indian ingredients. The cocktails tell the story of four women “who pioneered, inspired and fought for their causes in India”.

Cocktails on the list include the Himalayan Gimlet, inspired by Bachendri Pal, the first Indian woman to climb Mount Everest. Meanwhile Bombay Talkies is inspired by Bollywood star Devika Rani and described as an Indian twist on the classic Champagne Cocktail.

The Punch & Club Classics list features a number of revamped serves including the Bandra, inspired by the classic Brooklyn cocktail from Jacob A. Grohusko’s 1908 Jack’s Manual. The short and sweet serve features a healthy measure of Amrut single malt, banana, pandan vermouth, jaggery sugar and fresh Pandan grass.

Also on the list is the White Lady-inspired Quinine Sour, featuring Tanqueray, ginger, curry leaf, tonic bitters and egg white.

Each cocktail is presented on a bespoke fabric coaster that has been designed to be associated with the inspiration behind each drink.

Also on the menu is a section for Pink Gin & Tonics, a popular drink for the British in India and featuring Indian spices and botanicals.
