Tovaritch! vodka launches on-board MSC cruise ships
By Owen BellwoodGeneva-based vodka brand Tovaritch! has announced it will now be served in bars and restaurants across all cruise ships owned and operated by MSC Cruises.
Tovaritch! will now be served on bars and restaurants on-board all MSC cruise shipsTovaritch! will be available on all MCS cruise liners operating across Northern Europe, the Atlantic Ocean, South America, South Africa, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
Eugenio Litta Modignani, CEO of Tovaritch! Spirits International, said: “Tovaritch! is all about bringing people together. And socialising is what people normally do on-board a cruise liner.
“Becoming part of cruise ship entertainment was a natural move for us.”
Tovaritch! had further reason to celebrate this year, after it featured prominently in hit BBC drama series, McMafia. The series starred James Norton who played the English raised son of an exiled Russian crime family.
Litta Modignani said: “We believe that with its authentic Russian taste and style, Tovaritch! is in a perfect position to contend for best supporting vodka.”
The Swiss-based vodka brand will also be exhibiting at this year’s ProWein trade show in Düsseldorf, where it will debut its latest creation – the T! Drinks Cooler Machine.
The drinks cooler, designed by creative agency Proximity, will be on display at the German trade show, where it will dispense chilled shots of Tovaritch! vodka.
Earlier this year, Tovaritch! reported a 3% sales increase in 2017 and announced it hopes to become the second best-selling Russian vodka brand in the UK on-trade by 2020.
