Chelsea Royal London Dry Gin launches in the UK

The Chelsea Gin Company has unveiled Chelsea Royal London Dry Gin, made with a blend of botanicals from around the world.

Chelsea Royal London Dry Gin takes inspiration from the wealthy area of Chelsea in London 

Inspired by the affluent Chelsea area in London, the expression is made by batch distillation in a traditional John Dore still using 100% grain spirit.

Chelsea Royal London Dry Gin is made from botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and liquorice root.

The combination of dried sweet orange peel and dried bitter orange peel from Spain results in a “zesty, zingy, vibrant and lively gin that packs a delicious citrus punch”.

Chelsea Royal London Dry gin contains natural ingredients does not have any flavourings or colourings added after the distillation process.

It is described as having “bright juniper and orange-citrus aromas” that are balanced by “oriental spices of coriander and cinnamon” on the nose.

While the palate is a “soft, harmonious union of aromatic juniper and orange zest underpinned with gentle coriander spiciness”.

The gin is recommended garnished with a slice of orange.

Chelsea Royal London Dry Gin will be available in key European and selected world markets for an RRP of £29.95.
