The Scotch whisky producer will launch two travel retail exclusive expressions: Glen Scotia 1832 Campbeltown and Glen Scotia 16 Year Old, which will be available from World of Whiskies stores across UK airports from February.
Glen Scotia 1832 Campbeltown is a peated single malt, while the Glen Scotia 16-year-old is said to have vanilla flavours with notes of sea spray and spicy fruits.
Each whisky will be available in one-litre bottles. Glen Scotia 1832 Campbeltown has an RRP of £52 (US$74), while Glen Scotia 16 Year Old is priced at £75 (US$106).
André de Almeida, managing director of global travel retail at Loch Lomond Group, the parent company of Glen Scotia distillery, said: “The launch forms part of our ambitious worldwide roll-out of our GTR range and marks a significant milestone for Glen Scotia, as it’s the first time the brand will be available in airports right across the UK.”
