Glasgow welcomes UK’s first gin-inspired spa

The owners of Glasgow bar group Gin71 have opened what is thought to be the UK’s first ‘gin spa’, inspired by a rise in Scottish craft gins.

Located in the Merchant City part of Glasgow in Scotland, The Gin Spa officially opened for business last month, offering a range of ‘gin-inspired’ treatments.

The spa uses Scottish aromatherapist Gail Bryden’s JustBe Botanicals range of products in its treatments, from face serums to body lotions and oils.

Alongside a range of relaxing pamper treatments such as manicures and pedicures, The Gin Spa will provide complimentary gin cocktails to guests.

A complimentary gin and tonic trolley will also be available to guests in the relaxation area.
