Everleigh Bottling Co releases antique cocktail set

The antique cocktail collection includes the Martini, the Vesper, the Negroni and the Bobby BurnsThe Melbourne-based company has produced four new bottled cocktails, which use vintage spirits from the 1950s through to the 1980s.
The Antique Collection offers four classic cocktails: the Martini, the Vesper, the Negroni and the Bobby Burns.
The ready-to-serve cocktail producer has made just 200 of the limited edition gift sets, which are described as “a unique chance to taste your way through some of the defining moments in cocktail history”.
The set of four cocktails includes the 1950s Martini, containing 1950s Gordon’s gin, Dolin dry vermouth and orange bitters; and the 1960s Vesper which is made up of 1960s Gordon’s gin, 1960s Smirnoff vodka and Cocchi Americano vermouth.
It also includes a 1970s Negroni, made up of 1970s Plymouth gin, 1970s Campari and Cocchi sweet vermouth; and 1980s Bobby Burns, made up of 1980s Aberlour 12-year-old, 1980s DOM Benedictine and Cocchi sweet vermouth.
The set is the latest in a boom in producers selling ready-to-drink cocktails and contains four 90ml bottles. It is available exclusively from Everleighbottling.com for US$190.
