El Jimador Tequila unveils Day of the Dead bottle
El Jimador Tequila is celebrating Mexico’s Day of the Dead with the launch of a new limited-edition bottle design for its Blanco and Reposado expressions.
el Jimador have released a limited edition bottle in recognition of Dia de los Muertos.
The limited-edition packaging is the result of a collaboration with artist David Lozeau and features “the vibrant colours synonymous with the day-long celebration”.
The design is intended to “transport consumers directly to the heart of Mexico”, focusing on the brand’s philosophy, which encourages consumers to “live life in its most vibrant form”.
Jimador is the name given to the skilled harvesters of the blue agave plant from which the Tequila is made.
On the palate, the Blanco Tequila has “buzzing citrus flavour characteristics”, while “warmer, more seasoned notes” come through in the Reposado expression.
The bottles have an RRP of £20 and will be available for a limited time from Waitrose and Asda stores nationwide.
