The Balvenie reveals TV ad for Raw Craft series

The Balvenie has released its first television advertisement for the third season of Raw Craft with Anthony Bourdain, which aims to celebrate America’s “most talented craftspeople”.

Raw Craft celebrates authentic craftsmanship and has been on air since 2015

The series, which handpicks people from a variety of disciplines and backgrounds, provides insight into the “dedication and sacrifice required to create things the old-fashioned way – by hand”. Disciplines include motorcycle building, tebori tattooing and pastry baking.

Since the show’s 2015 debut, nearly 40 million viewers have viewed the series.

Greg Levine, brand director for The Balvenie, said: “We’re proud to continue our commitment to celebrating skill and artistry through the Raw Craft series, with new and exciting craftspeople who share the same values as our handcrafted whisky.”

He added: “We look forward to welcoming new fans to watch with us as we continue to celebrate these amazing makers and masters.”

In addition to the advertisement, Raw Craft is also supported through a digital and social media campaign including promotion for trailers and full-length episodes across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.

The 30-second spot will air for eight weeks this autumn on CNN.
