Brighton Gin rolls out 350ml bottle

Sussex-based Brighton Gin has launched a 350ml bottle format of its gin, developed to target wider audiences ahead of the festive period.

The new 350ml bottle will be launched in time for the Christmas season

As with the larger bottles, the new bottling is filled, waxed and labelled by hand, with the blue/green label colour reflecting “Brighton’s famous seafront railings”.

Brighton Gin suggests that the smaller size will appeal to “new gin converts”, as well as those who are “keen to trial [a] host of gin-based cocktails”.

Brighton Gin is “distilled by the seaside” and is made from 100% organic grain spirit, and ingredients including “juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally-grown coriander seed and milk thistle”.

It is known to be drunk by locals in a Brighton Gin Rocktail, made with tonic, ice and a chuck of Brighton rock.

The 350ml bottle retails for £22 and will be available from local independent retailers in the Brighton area from 30 October.

Earlier this year, Brighton Gin marked Brighton and Hove Pride with a rainbow-labelled bottle.
