Renowned bartender Simone Caporale has partnered with luxury perfumer Miller Harris and Tanqueray No. Ten to create a range of cocktails for Sartoria in London’s Mayfair.
Available at Sartoria’s Libare bar, the collection consists of three cocktails that combine fragrance and flavour, and are served alongside a selection of cicchetti from Sartoria chef patron Francesco Mazzei.
Inspired by the Étui Noir fragrance, the Harris Scent cocktail has notes of “wood, leather and smoke”, balanced with “bright flashes” of citrus, by combining the flavours of elemi and tuberose with Tanqueray No. Ten and citrus.
Meanwhile, the Neroli Tonic consists of “intoxicating floral” notes from the Lumière Dorée scent, and combines quassia, neroli, and quinine.
The vetiver root, vanilla and Amalfi lemon in the Vetiver Bianco cocktail are described as complementing the notes of “oak moss, neroli, amber and vanilla” in L’ Air de Rien from Miller Harris.
Cicchetti dishes includes rice supplì; straciatella and anchovies; and calamari fritti con zucchini.
The cocktails will be available from 4 July to the end of September, priced at £11 each.
