Spirits expert David T Smith has compiled a new book of 40 Spanish-style gin and tonic cocktail recipes, called Gin Tonica.

Typically served in large copa glasses with plenty of ice, the Spanish-style gin and tonic serve has become a staple in bars around the world.
Smith’s book presents 40 recipes that pair what he deems to be the best combinations of spirit, tonic water and garnishes.
David T Smith is a freelance drinks writer and gin specialist who regularly judges for international spirits competitions, including The Global Spirits Masters.
He continues to run his own website – SummerFruitCup.com, which features more than 400 gin reviews.
