Tony Conigliaro confirms second Bar Termini site
Founder of Italy-inspired Bar Termini Tony Conigliaro is to open a second outpost in London, called Bar Termini Centrale.
Tony Conigliaro is readying to open Bar Termini Centrale in Marylebone
Conigliaro will open the doors to the new site on Duke Street, Marylebone, on Monday 15 May alongside business partner Marco Arrigo, who is head of quality at coffee brand Illy.
The cocktail menu will offer Termini staples such as the Spritz Termini, Terroir, and the full range of Conigliaro’s bottle-aged Negronis, as well a range of new creations including an Olive Bellini, a bottle-aged Bergamot Negroni, and the non-alcoholic Al Penguino.
Larger in size than its Soho twin; Bar Termini Centrale is based on “old school-style cafes” found in train stations across Italy, and features an outdoor terrace seating up to 20.
Termini Centrale will offer a wide food menu with dining menus available from breakfast through to dinner, and a focus on varieties of Panzerotti – a popular savoury dish in central and southern Italy – along with snacks and small plates.
The bar will also have a takeaway breakfast hatch, open from 8am each morning, offering coffee and pastries to go.
