Patrón Perfectionists finalists announced
Seven international bartenders will battle it out at the inaugural grand final of the 2016 Patrón Perfectionists Cocktail Competition at Hacienda Patrón in Mexico later this month.
Finalist Sudeera Fernando of Gold on 27, Dubai, UAE
Bartenders from Spain, France, Italy, Australia, the UAE, Mexico and the UK will travel to Hacienda Patrón in Jalisco to compete for winning title on January 25.
Throughout each of the global finals, an expert panel have assessed competitors on their craftsmanship, attention to detail and “commitment to perfection”.
The select few will take to the bar of the La Casona Guest House to demonstrate their expertise in experimenting with Patrón Tequilas to create one final cocktail.
The finalists comprise Brice Martaud of Le Dandy, France; Nicola Ruggeiro of Katiuscia People & Drinks, Italy; Fernando Fastuca of Liquid Club, Spain; Sudeera Fernando of Gold on 27, UAE; Nick Cozens of Eau De Vie, Australia; Macario Vazquez of St. Regis Hotel, Mexico; and Mike McGinty of The Voyage of Buck, Scotland.
