Leading London bar Duck & Waffle is spreading festive cheer with its new ’12 Drinks of Christmas’ cocktail menu, created by head of spirit and cocktail development, Rich Woods.

Two Turtle Doves: clarified milk punches to share

Twelve new libations, available at the bar until 31 December, are designed to “capture the essence of Christmas” – taking cues from yuletide flavours ranging from advocaat to mince pie liqueur.

“It’s the holiday season again – a time inspired by festivities, food, fellowship and coming together,” said Woods.

“This list of twelve drinks incorporates flavours regularly associated with this celebratory time of year each with a unique twist. Enjoy!”

Highlights include the Three Wise Men, combining Jack Daniel’s, salted maple and hay infusion with gold, frankincense and myrrh; and the Festive Roast Cosmo, which features Grey Goose Le Citron vodka, orange liqueur, bone marrow infusion, roasting bitters, and cranberry.
