Set to take place on 25 August from 18:00-18:30 BST, the chat will take place via The Famous Grouse’s YouTube account and Facebook page.

Fans can submit questions live by commenting on the streams, or in advance either on Facebook or on Twitter using the hashtag #famousquestions.

Stuart Cassells, general manager of The Famous Grouse Experience, will put the questions directly to Campbell.

“I’m really looking forward to hearing direct from our fans around the world, and find out which questions they are keen to find answers for,” said Campbell.

“One thing I can say though it that I won’t be revealing the recipe for The Famous Grouse – that will remain a firm secret!”

Suzy Smith, The Famous Grouse marketing director, added: “This is the first time that The Famous Grouse brand has hosted a live video chat and we’re really looking forward to seeing the response.

“We know that this is an increasingly popular way for people to engage with brands, and will grant fans from around the work unique access to one of the most important people behind our whisky: our master blender.”

Campbell was appointed to the role of Famous Grouse master blender in March 2016. She was named in The Spirits BusinessTop 10 Female Master Distillers and Blenders, coinciding with International Women’s Day.
