Dulce Vida Spirits extends Tequila line

Milestone Brands-owned Dulce Vida Spirits has expanded its portfolio with the launch of two flavoured Tequilas and a line of blanco, reposado and añejo expressions.

A total of five new Tequilas have been added to the Dulce Vida portfolio

After it was recently acquired by newly formed alcohol beverage investor, Milestone Brands – new project by former Deep Eddy CEO Eric Dopkins – Dulce Vida Spirits has extended its existing lineup with five new offerings.

Infused with real fruit and “all-natural flavours”, Dulce Vida Lime Tequila and Dulce Vida Grapefruit Tequila should bebe served in a Margarita or Paloma, or with “simple mixers, like sparkling water, enjoyed on the rocks, or as a chilled shot”.

“Dulce Vida has seen amazing growth since our acquisition, and we’re thrilled with the launch of these naturally-infused flavours,” said Dopkins.

“These cocktail ready, category disruptors continue our standards in providing healthier cocktail solutions and handcrafted products.”

In addition, the brand has added Blanco, Reposado and Añejo variants to its stable, all bottled at 40% abv.

Blanco offers notes of citrus with a “sweet agave” finish, while Dulce Vida Reposado is aged between nine and 11 months in American Oak whisky barrels, bearing fruit and caramel aromas and a “mild, sweet” finish.

Said to be full-bodied and “best experienced as a sipping Tequila”, Dulce Vida Añejo boasts aromas of vanilla and cinnamon, and is aged up to 24 months in American Oak whisky barrels.
