Bookings open for Great British Summer Cocktail comp final

Tickets are now available to attend a one-of-a-kind cocktail competition at top London venue Mews of Mayfair – where all guests can take on the role of professional judge.

The grand final of the Great British Summer Cocktail Competition is set to get taste buds tingling

Those who attend the grand final of the Great British Summer Cocktail Competition on 9 August at the Mayfair bar and restaurant will have the chance to taste three cocktails out of 10 finalist recipes and then vote for their favourite.

The winning serve will feature on Mew of Mayfair’s menu as ‘Cocktail of the month’.

Last month, a panel of expert judges whittled down recipes submitted by brands to 10 finalists, selecting which they believed encapsulated the “ultimate taste of summer”.

“A lot of the cocktails here really piqued my curiosity and I really liked the stories behind some of the serves,” said judge Shayan Sanyal, bar partnerships director at BarChick. “I’m really looking forward to trying them on the night.”

Consumers and members of the trade are invited to attend the grand final, tickets for which cost £15.00.
