Ginventory app partners with online retailers

Gin and Tonic app Ginventory has expanded its business by launching a pilot partnership scheme with online retailers in Belgium.

Ginventory is piloting a partnership with online retailers

Launched in August last year, Ginventory claims to help users discover their “perfect serve” G&T by pairing its database of more than 2,000 gins with approximately 100 different tonic waters and garnishes.

It was created based on recommendations of hundreds of distilleries, gin bars and retail stores.

Now, the app, available free of charge on Apple and Android devices, gives users the opportunity to purchase gins through selected retail partners.

“Today we introduce another new feature”, said Ginventory founder Bjorn Blockx. “Now our users can buy their favourite gin easily and safely online via our selected partners.

“We are currently live testing this new feature in cooperation with some of the most renowned Belgian online spirit retailers.

“If all goes well – which we expect – we will be adding a lot more international web shops in the near future. We don’t want to ignore our numerous fans in the UK, Spain, US, Germany etc.”

The app is now available in English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch and also features a profile page function, allowing users to review their favourite gins and create a wish list.

Ginventory claims to be the “most downloaded gin app in the world”, with 50,000 downloads in “just a few months”.
