Rhubarb Britannia by Charlie Gollands

swizzleIngredients
25ml Greenall’s Gin, 30ml Wenneker Red Rhubarb, 15ml lemon juice, 20ml Aperol

Garnish
A small chunk of rhubarb, then v cut at one end

Method
Shake and then double strain into a pre-chilled martini glass
