La Part des Anges Cognac auction to go global
Charity auction La Part des Anges has partnered with auction house Articurial to make its “one-of-a-kind” Cognac lots available to bidders globally for the first time.
La Part des Anges will celebrate its 10th auction in September 2016The 10th edition of La Part des Anges will take place on 22 September 2016 on the banks of the Charente in Cognac.
The Bureau National Interprofessionnel du Cognac (BNIC) has arranged the gala evening, which will see art collectors and Cognac fans flock to celebrate the revered event.
A total of 24 “exceptional” decanters and exclusive blends of Cognac will be donated by different Cognac houses, including ABK6, Courvoisier, Cognac Frapin, Gautier, Hardy Cognac, Hine, Louis Royer, Maison Ferrand, Martell, Rémy Martin, Tiffon, Château de Cognac SAS, Château Montifaud, Maison J.A. Renault, Delamain & Co, Distillerie Merlet, Maison Bache-Gabrielsen, Gaudet Cognac, Hardy Cognac, Jas Hennessy & Co, Maison Boinaud, Léopald Gourmel, Cognac Meukow, Normandin Mercier and François Voyer.
The lots will be announced on Tuesday 14 June.
La Part des Anges first launched in 2006 and has helped 15 charity projects related to employment, education, heritage and social sectors.
In 2014, a rare Rémy Martin 290th Anniversary Coupe sold for €39,000 at La Part des Anges’ charity Cognac auction.
