The brand is looking to build on the current gin ‘boom’ and hopes to expand its UK presence in the on-trade as well as branching out to other international markets.
“Ginmeister Ltd has ambitious plans to expand the already popular brand in the UK, focusing on bars, clubs, hospitality and premium retail, and then into international markets,” the crowdfunding site read.
“Growthdeck investors will have an opportunity to take a stake in a stand-out drinks brand with all the makings of a modern day classic.”
In December last year, research from Mintel revealed 42% of Britons aged 18-34 have consumed gin in the last 12 months.
This increase in young drinkers was expected to bolster gin sales to more than £1 billion in 2015 – the highest recorded figure and 25% more than 2012.
In January, The Spirits Business reported that Pinkster Gin has recruited ex-Diageo on-trade director Martijn van Buuren to work with the brand in an advisory role to further growth across the UK on-trade.
