Grey Goose has joined forces with Harvey Nichols to renovate the Fifth Floor Bar at the luxury retailer’s London store.
Grey Goose and Harvey Nichols have revamped the Fifth Floor Bar
Launching in March, the Fifth Floor Bar has been overhauled into an “elegant new contemporary bar”.
Patrons will be able to choose from a selection of interpreted classic cocktails, such as the Grey Goose Le Fizz, each made using expressions from the Grey Goose portfolio.
Variants on offer will include Grey Goose Original, Grey Goose L’Orange, Grey Goose Le Citron, Grey Goose La Poire and ultra-premium expression Grey Goose VX: Vodka Exceptionnelle.
Furthermore, a selection of small plates will be available to order.
Myles Donneky, UK brand ambassador, who collaborated with the Harvey Nichols mixology team on the menu, commented: “We’re delighted to be working with Harvey Nichols to bring their customers in London a truly premium bar experience in-store.
“As the leader of the super-premium category, Grey Goose is renowned for providing luxurious drinks experiences, all of which have helped the brand achieve 17% growth in the on-trade in the last 12 months and with this new collaboration, we look forward to giving Harvey Nichols customers an innovative new bar experience.”
The new interior was inspired by the idea of “French luxury”, with leather, brass, marble and dark wood features to offer an “elegant but contemporary feel”.
Blue leather seating areas and private booths have been installed to create space for private meetings, overlooking Knightsbridge and London.
At the centre of the bar is a single 3D goose, situated beneath a mirrored acrylic ceiling disc.
