East London Liquor Company bar – The Black Heart
Price: £9.50
Ingredients: 30ml sage-infused ELLC Batch 2, 15ml Yellow Chartreuse, 15ml Aperol, 0.3g edible carbon
Method: Stir over ice and serve in a Nick & Nora glass.
Head Bartender, Mikey Pendergast, said: “I wanted to make an accessible cocktail in taste – similar to a Negroni yet sweeter with fresh herbal notes, but black in colour so it remained a mystery until you have first tried it.”

Ingredients: 10ml Grey Goose, 20ml Impressionist mix (15ml Cherry Marnier and 5ml Violette), 15ml homemade raspberry syrup
Method: Shake together and pour into a champagne flute, top with Ruinart Rose champagne. Serve with a smoking rose over dry ice.
Coq d’Argent – Pickle Jar
Price: £11.50
Ingredients: 50ml Tequila 1800 silver, 15ml Aperol, 10ml homemade pickle ginger juice, 15ml lime juice, 10ml sugar syrup
Method: Shake all ingredients and serve in jam jar.

Ingredients: 50ml Babicka Vodka, 20ml strawberry liqueur, 15ml Antica Formula vermouth,10ml Picon,15ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 10ml anise syrup
Method: Shake ingredients over ice. Garnish with three slices of strawberry, thyme sprig and a burnt star anise soaked with absinthe.

Ingredients: 35ml Beefeater gin, 15ml Byrrh, 15ml Aperol, 20ml Lemon juice, 15ml Raspberry syrup, Peychaurds bitters, egg white
Method: Put all ingredients into shaking glass. Dry shake first for a perfect foam and then shake hard with ice and strain the cocktail into the old fashioned glass. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.

Ingredients: 50ml Barrio’s homemade raspberry jam liqueur (made from raspberry jam and Stolichnaya Vodka), 10ml lemon juice, Prosecco
Method: Combine jam liqueur and lemon juice. Shake into Champagne flute, top with Prosecco, and garnish with a Jammie Dodger.
68 and Boston – Mi Amore

Ingredients: 30ml Strawberry Infused FAIR Gin, 15ml Crème de Violette, 15ml sugar syrup, 15ml lemon juice, 2 dashes orange bitters
Method: Combine ingredients. Top with Prosecco, garnished with lemon and a packet of Love Hearts.

Ingredients: 35ml date-infused Martell V.S., 20ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 20ml egg white, 20ml port float
Method: Combine all ingredients except port in shaker, dry shake and shake again with ice. Double strain in a glass and float port over the drink.
Ace Hotel Shoreditch – Rocky Rose

Ingredients: 50ml Tincup American Whiskey, 100ml Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade
Method: Build over ice into pre chilled glass, top with Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade. Garnish with a lemon twist.
