Quintessential names new Essential Drinks exec

Deborah O’Neill has joined Essential Drinks, part of the Quintessential Brands GroupDeborah O’Neill has taken up the position of sales and operations planning and integration director, and will be based in the London office.
Essential Drinks is part of the Quintessential Brands Group and works to deliver commercial production solutions and sales and distribution services to global B2B partners.
“We are delighted that Deborah has joined us to lead further development and consolidation of our existing group sales and operations,” said Francois Quarez, managing director, Essential Drinks.
“Deborah will play an important role in the further integration and enhancement of Quintessential Brand Group’s capabilities as part of its current three year growth strategy.”
O’Neill joins the firm following 15 years working at PepsiCo, where she most recently held the position of senior commercialisation manager for Tropicana Europe, leading the NPD agenda and managing the implementation of new projects within all EU markets.
Her other roles at PepsiCo included supply chain management and innovation function for PepsiCo Europe where she was heavily involved with concentrate manufacturing operations in Ireland.
Last week, Quintessential Brands appointed a new international brand equity development director to its UK brand agency Marblehead.
