Bols launches floral liqueur in the US
Dutch spirits producer Lucas Bols has launched its “classic” Parfait Amour liqueur flavour in the United States.
Bols Parfait Amour has made its US debutParfait Amour, which has been produced by Amsterdam-based Lucas Bols since the 19th century, will join the group’s 30-strong flavour portfolio in the US.
With a name that translates as “perfect love”, Parfait Amour was traditionally served to celebrate either an engagement or marriage in the Netherlands.
It has a flavour of flower petals and vanilla, together with orange peel and almonds.
“We are excited to introduce Bols Parfait Amour to the Bols US range,” said Said Tal Nadari, Lucas Bols USA managing director. “A delicious flavor that beautifully represents the classic liqueurs that Lucas Bols has been making for centuries.
“Its floral flavor profile is perfect for classic cocktails or adding it to sparkling wine and it is answering the demand from bartenders nationwide.”
In September last year, Lucas Bols has brought back its Blackberry liqueur flavour and launched two new liqueur variants – Date and Pineapple Chipotle.
