The Dalmore releases short film series

The Dalmore Highland Single Malt has teamed up with three leading firms to create a series of short films showcasing the world of luxury hospitality.

Clément Emery features in the first short film in a new series by The Dalmore

The short clips reveal “bespoke whisky creations” by three revered Parisian establishments, including Clément Emery of Lalabar at Hôtel Banke, Yann Daniel of Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome and Gilles Dubreuil of Apicius.

First launched on Wednesday 16 December, the inaugural film features Emery detailing the “art of impeccable service” while creating his signature cocktail Old Legends Never Die using The Dalmore.

“At The Dalmore we have been going above and beyond to create remarkable whiskies for more than 175 years,” said Richard Paterson, The Dalmore master distiller.

“We pride ourselves in working with some of the most recognisable hotels, bars and restaurants in the world, and seek out those who share our passion and values to create exquisite products and experiences that are in demand by some of the most discerning consumers.

“These short films epitomise the care and attention given to every detail that makes the end result a work of art.”

Upcoming releases will depict how important it is to make serves unique and customer experiences that “exude the essence of opulence and detail”.
