Pinnacle Vodka sees demand for festive flavours

Pinnacle Vodka has conducted a survey into seasonal flavour preferences and discovered consumers favour pumpkin, peppermint and pecan pie the most.

Pinnacle Vodka has conducted a survey to determine consumers’ seasonal flavour preferences

The survey showed one in five adults would choose pecan pie as their seasonal flavour of choice during autumn and over the festive period.

In relation to cocktails, peppermint is the favourite flavour for consumers aged between 21- and 29-years-old, followed by caramel apple and salted caramel.

However, pumpkin is still the leading flavour with more than one third (34%) of adults in the US declaring pumpkin as their favourite taste.

“While pumpkin is king, as we’ve learned with the strong seasonal demand for Pinnacle Pumpkin Pie, we’re very excited to see consumers reaching for other seasonal flavours, too,” commented Jason Dolenga, senior brand director of vodka at Beam Suntory.

“With more flavour offerings than any other premium vodka in the market, Pinnacle has a vodka to match any seasonal taste preference when it comes to creating simple, delicious cocktails during the holiday entertaining season.”

Furthermore, the data showed that seasonal preferences vary from region to region, and while pecan pie was more popular in the South, peppermint triumphed in the West.
