Edinburgh Gin brings back Christmas edition

Edinburgh Gin has relaunched its limited edition Christmas expression complete with a brand new festive design.

Edinburgh Gin Distillery has relaunched Christmas Gin and will be donating part of the proceeds to Charity

Initially launched in 2014, Edinburgh Christmas Gin is infused with familiar Christmas spices of frankincense, myrrh and nutmeg.

The new-look design has been made using Bruni glass and decorated with an “opulent art deco” label with the colours of Christmas.

Furthermore, the bottle now features a more slimline design in order to make holding and pouring easier for bartenders.

In the “season of goodwill” Edinburgh Gin be donating £1 from every bottle of Christmas Gin sold in the UK to the Trussell Trust, which works to empower local communities to end hunger and poverty through the use of food banks.

The money will be used to help those living in Scotland.

“We are so pleased to be brining our Christmas Gin back for a second year and to be supporting the Trussel Trust which does amazing work in Edinburgh and throughout the UK,” said Alex Nicol, managing director of Spencerfield Spirit which owns Edinburgh Gin.

“Christmas Gin was extremely successful for us last year so we are looking forward to seeing what this year brings.

“The new design of the bottle and the inimitable label makes the gin stand out from the crowd and it perfectly represents the Christmas season.

“No festive dinner table would be complete without a bottle of Christmas.”

Edinburgh Christmas Gin is bottled at 43% abv and has an RRP of £30 per 700ml bottle.
