DJ designs glow-in-the-dark Martell bottles
By Amy HopkinsPernod Ricard has launched two limited edition glow-in-the-dark bottles for its Martell Cognac brand in Asia travel retail channels.
The glow-in-the-dark Martell La French Touch bottles have been designed by DJ Etienne de CrecyThe Martell La French Touch Limited Edition bottles have been created for Martell’s VSOP and Noblige bottlings by French DJ and electronic music composer Etienne de Crecy.
They have been made available in all Asia travel retail markets, with particular focus on “key destination airports” in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand.
The bottles feature glow-in-the-dark UV effect designs to “bring to life the essence of French Art de Vivre”.
Martell VSOP La French Touch (US$83.00) and Martell Noblige La French Touch (US$70.00) will be available in November and December 2015 only as the brand targets the millennial gifting market ahead of Christmas.
Last month, Martell recruited London design agency Nude Brand Creation to give its Cordon Bleu Cognac a packaging redesign, creating a new look to reflect the “luxury nature” of the bottling.
The brand has embarked on a series of initiatives as it celebrates its 300th anniversary, appointing German actress Diane Kruger to lead its France300 campaign.
