Thompson’s signs new distribution deals

Spirits producer Thompson’s has signed new distributors for domestic markets in the UK and Germany.

Thompson’s has signed two new distribution agreements – one in the UK and one in Germany

In the UK, the brand has signed an agreement with VDS UK while in Germany, Thompson’s has forged a partnership with Weinkonter Freund.

“VDS UK are very excited to have agreed exclusive rights to act on behalf of Thompson’s Spirits in the UK,” commented Luke Brown, director of VDS UK.

Thompson’s has already secured listings with on-trade establishments including Worship Street Whistling Shop for Thompson’s Gin, Bull in a China Shop for Isle of Arran and Fine Bordeaux, and Hedonism Wines & Spirits for Fine Bordeaux. In addition, the firm has revealed listings in numerous retailers in Germany.

“With Thompson’s we found a strong partner who met our tight demands,” said May-Britt Bethke, marketing and product management at Weinkontor Freund. Thompson’s is now working on securing distributors for travel retail channels.
