Brian McFadden new face of Glen’s Vodka

Former boy band star Brian McFadden is the latest celebrity to lend his name to a spirits brand, signing up as an ambassador for the new Glen’s Platinum Vodka.

McFadden, who was part of Irish boy band Westlife from 1998-2004, has agreed a “high profile” partnership with entry level vodka Glen’s to promote its premium brand extension Glen’s Platinum both in the UK and internationally.

Glen’s said that as part of the tie-up, it is aiming to position Platinum as an “affordable luxury and high-quality vodka” in the on- and off-trade.

Owned by Loch Lomond Group, Glen’s unveiled its grain-based 40% abv Platinum bottling earlier this year.

“I’m really excited to announce the partnership with Glen’s Platinum,” said McFadden. “I have spent a lot of time with the team at Glen’s Platinum and I believe that we have created an extra smooth vodka, produced from the finest quality grain.”

Glen’s Platinum will be promoted as part of McFadden’s upcoming live shows in the UK and Ireland, providing fans with the opportunity to win concert tickets and meet the singer in person through Glen’s Vodka’s social media channels.
