Luxco unveils two new Rebel Yell whiskeys
Luxco is expanding the Rebel Yell Kentucky Straight Bourbon portfolio with the launch of Small Batch Rye and American Whiskey.
The new Bourbon variants, Small Batch Rye and American Whiskey
Rebel Yell American Whiskey is a combination of 50% of Rebel Yell’s original Kentucky Straight Bourbon and 50% straight rye, which the brand claims “offers both the smoothness of the wheated Bourbon and the spiciness of a rye in perfect combination”.
The new Small Batch Rye offers a “smooth and spicy” flavour with a “surprisingly smooth and sweet” finish.
“We are constantly responding to consumer demands with our new products and creating great experiences for bourbon enthusiasts. The Small Batch Rye is spicy with walnut and black pepper notes,” said John Rempe, director of research and development. “And the American Whiskey has notes of oak, caramel and vanilla which tones down the spiciness of the rye to create a mellower, smoother taste.”
Both variants are available in a 750ml measure, bottled at 45% abv.
