Spencerfield Spirit launches Valentine’s gin
Spencerfield Spirit has created just 300 bottles of a limited edition expression of Edinburgh Gin in time for Valentine’s Day, made with macerated rose petals and hibiscus to give a pink tint.
Just 300 bottles of Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin have been created
Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin was created by Edinburgh Gin Distillery in partnership with Heriot-Watt University.
The new release is made using botanicals including juniper, camomile, lemon balm, lemongrass, plus the brand’s “signature Scottish botanicals”.
“This will be a one-off release,” said Alex Nicol, founder of Spencerfield Spirit.
“We are experts in distilling and confident about what botanicals work well together.
“This is a really, really lovely gin and the rose petals give it a unique selling point.”
Edinbrugh Valentine’s Gin is available from the distillery shop in Edinburgh in 200ml and 700ml bottles at an RRP of £15 and £35 respectively.
