Kilbeggan 21YO Irish whiskey launches across Europe
A limited edition bottling of the oldest blended Irish whiskey from the Kilbeggan Distilling Company has launched across Europe.
Kilbeggan 21-year-old Irish whiskey is now available in travel retail for €99The 40% abv, 21-year-old whiskey is the latest release in the Kilbeggan range, and has been made available to travel retail sites across Europe by Maxxium Travel Retail on behalf of brand owner Beam Suntory.
Master blender Noel Sweeney specially selected the casks, which have been expertly blended and matured in former Bourbon, Port, madeira and Sherry casks.
The expression is packaged in a new premium bottle with purple design hues and broad shoulders.
Beam Suntory global travel retail marketing director, Michael Cockram, said Kilbeggan 21 Year Old is the first of two new releases for travel retail.
“This premium, limited edition Kilbeggan expression is a prime example of the craft that goes into making this fine Irish whiskey,” he said. “Kilbeggan 21YO offers consumers the chance to experience a super-premium whiskey from a renowned distillery with strong traditions and heritage.
“We are excited to expand the Kilbeggan portfolio with premium expressions as Irish whiskey continues to shine in this channel.”
Kilbeggan 21 Year Old is available for €99 for 700ml.
